SHIPPING & RETURNS, TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Witchery NZ.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute the shipping and returns policy.

 

DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

The Witchery NZ website is currently only set up to to ship within New Zealand. However shipments to Australia can be made prior to agreement and by using the paypal method. Please email for enquiries on Australian orders.

PROCESSING & SHIPMENT TIMES

Please allow 2-3 days for the handling of your order to be wrapped and packed. All orders within New Zealand are posted out on  Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays.

Orders are then delivered within 3-5 business days. (This excludes weekends and holidays.) This is a one person business so if there is a high volume of orders, especially during and after a sale, shipments may be delayed by an extra 2-3 days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, I will contact you via email and text.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The flat rate shipping fee is $12.00 across New Zealand and $15 for rural post.

 All orders are tracked with either Pass the Parcel or NZ Post and their estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days. 

SHIPMENT TO P.O BOXES & THE ISLANDS

The Witchery NZ does not post to P.O Boxes, please provide a street address. 

The Witchery NZ does not currently post to the Islands - sorry!

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

The tracking number should be active within 24 hours. All orders across New Zealand are tracked through Pass the Parcel couriers. 

GST & TAXES

All prices on The Witchery NZ are GST inclusive at a 15% tax rate.

DAMAGED GOODS

The Witchery NZ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. I do pride myself on wrapping and packaging everything with extreme care and have 15+ years experience shipping fragile items. If you do receive your order damaged, please let me know immediately and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.  

RETURNS & REFUNDS

The Witchery NZ does not take returns or exchanges on sale items or for changing your mind. Vintage, antiques , crystals and preloved items are one-off pieces and are subject to no returns or exchanges. Please choose carefully, read the descriptions and check the photographs. You are always welcome to ask more questions and videos can be shown through instagram if you would like to see more of an item.

If you have received a new item which has not arrived as described, received the wrong item or are missing an item please make contact via email within 14 days to reconcile. All returned items must be in as new condition, unopened and undamaged. You will need to cover the costs for items to be returned. Please select your purchases with care. Gift cards are held with a third-party platform and are non-refundable.
