Shipping & Returns Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Witchery NZ. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and returns Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a extra 3 days. Please allow additional 5 days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We have a standard shipping fee of $9.00 across New Zealand for all orders. We offer free shipping in New Zealand with all orders that have purchased over $100.  All orders are tracked with our courier provider Pass the Parcel and their estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days. 

(Please allow an extra 5 days shipment time while in level three lockdown) 

Shipment to P.O. boxes & NZ the Islands

The Witchery NZ does not post to P.O Boxes, please provide a street address.

International Shipping rates & delivery estimates

The Witchery NZ is currently not providing any international shipping.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We track all our orders across New Zealand.

GST and Taxes

All prices on The Witchery NZ are GST inclusive at a 15% tax rate.


The Witchery NZ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Once you have done this, please contact us to let us know of the damage at

Returns & Refunds

The Witchery NZ does not generally take returns or exchanges as many of our items are limited and /or one off unique pieces. If your item arrives broken, faulty, not as described, or you received the wrong item or are missing an item, please email us at and we will see what we can do.
